Purchasing from this site you understand and agree that all sales are final - due to sanitation purposes. If we are notified within 2 days upon delivery for exchange we can grant your request. However after that time line we can not resale once orders are shipped or used. We can and will make alterations if it is at our fault, but returns and refunds are NOT accepted under any circumstance.
Shipping for alterations will be covered by (you) the customer, unless it is at our fault. i.e wrong order, product. This is listed throughout our website & product descriptions.
Items take a processing time of 5-10 business days after purchase is initiated, please keep that in mind before ordering. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm order and to also inform you once your order is processed. Please do not use social media as a form of contact for customer service for your order, but instead email charmcityscrubs410@gmail.com or we may not receive your questions, concerns, and/or order efficiently.
To prevent fraud, your billing address and shipping address for purchases must match or we will immediately cancel order.
We do not save credit card information, but may or may not save email correspondence, social media correspondence and invoice details up to one year for billing disputes purposes.
